High Strength Cable Sock

If you have no need of a grip this powerful, we can also supply lighter duty socks. Also available from Rope Services Direct are the non metallic cable socks, ideal where non conductive materials are required.

Heavy Duty Cable Grip Features

The galvanized steel woven together to form our high strength cable sock is resilient, resistant to wear and tear as well as being able to bear loads of up to 33,000kg.

Each sock is uniquely colour coded to display its breaking strength for easy identification. Other key features include the heat applied rubber sleeves and the protective shoulders, both of which enhance the usability and safety.

These cable grips can be used for synthetic and conductor rope pulls with a wide range of diameter options available. The smallest handles ropes with diameters between 6-16mm whilst the largest can handle cable diameters between 38-53mm.

Lengths of between just under 1 and 3 meters are offered, letting you pick and choose as necessary.
